POLICIES

RESERVATION POLICY

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
  • Services will begin and end on time as a courtesy to the next guest.

LATE POLICY

  • We understand that life happens, and for that we will give you a 10-minute grace period. A fee of $1 for every minute after the 10-minute grace period will be applied to the final cost of your appointment.
  • In the event that I am late, I will take $1 per minute off the final cost of your service, for every minute that I am late.

RESCHEDULING

  • You have up to 24 hours to reschedule you appointment. Within that time you will be charged

GRATUITY POLICY

  • Gratuities are not included in the price of your service. Tips, however, are accepted and appreciated.
  • A six percent sales tax will be added to ever transaction.

EARLY MORNING SERVICE POLICY

  • An additional fee of $15.00 will be assessed for any services scheduled before 9AM.

WEEKEND SERVICE POLICY

  • An additional fee of $5.00 will be assessed for any services scheduled Friday through Sunday.

HOLIDAY/OFF DAY SERVICE POLICY

  • Holiday and off day haircuts start at $75.00.
  • Additional services will start at twice the standard rate on both holidays and off days.
  • Also during Holidays, prices are subject to change.

FIRST-TIME CLIENT POLICY

  • A first-time client haircut is $55.00

PAYMENT AND REFUND POLICY

  • No services will be provided on credit.
  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
  • NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • NON-NEGOTIABLE.
  • HOWEVER REFUNDS ONLY OCCUR WHEN FORGETTING TO CHECK OUT ON STYLSEAT. (PAID CASH)

CONFIDENTIALITY AND PRIVACY POLICY

  • We do believe that every client has the right to privacy and confidentiality. The conversations you have with your grooming specialist will remain confidential.
  • Client lists and email lists are confidential. We do not share our client lists with outside companies without prior consent.
